Ethiopia

This winter I was happy to visit Ethiopia. I spent a couple of weeks there. Of course I had to take my camera. I was happy to photograph quite a number of locals. This was a challenge though because the streets are not a very safe place to walk around with a camera. We were visiting a local school one day. The school is surrounded by a stone wall with barbed wire on top. I decided to go onto the street but came back from that pretty soon as a local who didn’t look too friendly started following me at a distance.
